South Central Regional Conference

Thank you for your interest in attending our conference. We wanted to share some information to make registering and attending the conference easier.
Information
You have the option of registering for the entire conference or Friday only. Both registrations include meals and a ticket to Casino Night on Friday June 8th.
Casino night will feature Roulette, Chuck-a-luck and Black Jack tables. Attendees will receive poker chips, 2 drink tickets and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Tickets for guests to Casino Night can be purchased on the registration form. Additional poker chips and drink tickets will be available during Casino Night. Proceeds from casino night will benefit the AWSA Omaha Scholarship Fund.
To receive the Early Registration discount, registrations must be postmarked by May 15, 2012.
Requests to cancel registration postmarked prior to May 25, 2012 will receive a 50% refund. Substitution of attendees is allowed.
For your convenience we have secured a limited amount of discounted rooms
The discounted rate is available for the nights of June 7th through June 10th. Reservations must be received by May 17, 2012 – after this date reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only, so book early!
